Position: Sleever Operator Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresh Graduate Required Qualifications: Electrical / Mechanical Background – Fresh Graduate (Diploma or Craft Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate shrink sleeve labeling machines and steam/heat shrink tunnels on bottling lines. Ensure proper placement, alignment, shrink quality, and date-coding on bottle sleeves. Monitor sleeve film roll loading, cutting blade precision, and tunnel heat settings. Perform basic routine preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on the sleever unit.
