Position: Mixing & Cooking Operator Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresh Graduate Required Qualifications: Diploma in Operations Management / Food Science & Technology – Fresh Graduate Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate mixing, heating, cooking, and pasteurization equipment for syrup and beverage batches. Control temperature, pressure, and mixing cycle times as specified by process operating procedures. Monitor ingredient batch dissolution and verify physical properties of intermediate blends. Ensure process equipment cleanliness and perform line clearance between batches.
