Position: Filler Operator Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresh Graduate Required Qualifications: Electrical / Mechanical Background – Fresh Graduate (Diploma or Craft Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-speed rotary beverage bottling and filling machines. Monitor filling levels, crown/cap application, torque standards, and carbonation pressures. Perform routine mechanical inspections, lubrication, and basic machine adjustments during production. Ensure hygienic filler conditions and immediately report mechanical malfunctions to maintenance technicians.
