Position: CIP Operator Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresh Graduate Required Qualifications: Diploma in Operations Management / Food Science & Technology – Fresh Graduate Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate automated and manual Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) systems for process tanks, pipelines, and fillers. Monitor chemical concentrations, wash water temperatures, flow rates, and circulation times. Verify line sanitation effectiveness using chemical titration, pH checks, and hygiene swabs. Maintain comprehensive CIP logs and ensure lines are safe and sanitized prior to production runs.
