Position: Blow Molding Operator Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresh Graduate Required Qualifications: Electrical / Mechanical Background – Fresh Graduate (Diploma or Craft Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor automated PET bottle blow molding machinery and preform feeding systems. Ensure bottle dimensions, wall thickness, base formation, and burst pressure meet specifications. Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, mold changes, and routine maintenance. Minimize machine downtime and preform wastage while adhering to strict safety protocols.
