JOB ADVERTISEMENT – FINANCE SUPERVISOR SDLG INVESTMENTS LIMITED COMPANY Location: Lusaka, Zambia Department: Finance & Accounts Reports to: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee our financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger, Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Ensure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA and other statutory requirements. Manage and mentor junior finance staff. Coordinate internal and external audits QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Grade 12 School Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional qualification – ZICA, ACCA, CIMA (Level II completed or full)Minimum 5-Above years experience in finance, with at least 1 year in supervisory role, must be a member of ZICA Strong knowledge of accounting software (Pastel, QuickBooks, SAP, or SAGE), Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Very conversant with all ZRA related issues SKILLS & COMPETENCIES : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, High integrity and attention to detail, Strong leadership and team management skills, Good knowledge of Zambian tax laws and Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
