Position: Microbiologist

Experience Level: Fresh Graduate

Required Qualifications:

Lab Technician – Fresh Graduate (Diploma / Degree in Microbiology, Laboratory Technology, Food Science or related discipline)
Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform microbiological testing and sampling of raw water, syrup, finished beverage products, and packaging materials.
Monitor microbiological hygiene and sanitation across production lines and laboratory areas.
Isolate, identify, and report microbial contamination according to quality assurance standards.
Maintain accurate laboratory culture records, logs, and quality documentation.
