Position: Lab Assistant Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresh Graduate Required Qualifications: Lab Technician – Fresh Graduate (Diploma / Certificate in Science Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or Food Science) Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist laboratory analysts and quality controllers with daily routine sample preparations and testing. Prepare reagents, chemical solutions, and laboratory glassware for daily quality tests. Collect product and water samples from various stages of the bottling plant. Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and proper housekeeping of laboratory instruments.
