We are currently recruiting ambitious and dedicated individuals to fill the position of Tetra / ESL Line Inspector in Lusaka. Position: Tetra / ESL Line Inspector Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresh Graduate Required Qualifications: Lab Technician – Fresh Graduate (Diploma in Laboratory Technology, Food Science, Quality Assurance or related discipline) Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct online inspections and quality control audits on Tetra Pak and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) packaging lines. Verify package integrity, seal quality, date coding, and volume compliance during production runs. Perform regular chemical and physical quality checks on intermediate and finished packaged products. Immediately report non-conformances and isolate defective batches in compliance with food safety protocols.
