WE ARE HIRING — SALES REPRESENTATIVES Company: Apex Packaging Zambia Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates Application Deadline: 31st October 2026 A reputable manufacturing company based in Lusaka, Zambia, is seeking dynamic, target-driven, and highly persuasive Sales Representatives to drive sales and expand our client base across commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Actively prospect, identify, and onboard new corporate clients for corrugated packaging and cartons. Manage relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat orders. Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up on customer orders from production to delivery. Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Requirements & Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of proven B2B sales experience in packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, or commercial goods. Past experience in the corrugated carton industry will be an added advantage. Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
