WE ARE HIRING — PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS Company: Apex Packaging Zambia Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates Application Deadline: 31st October 2026 A reputable manufacturing company based in Lusaka, Zambia, is seeking experienced, technical, and leadership-oriented Production Supervisors to lead manufacturing lines and ensure optimal output quality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily plant manufacturing operations, corrugation lines, converting machinery, and shift personnel. Ensure production targets, efficiency metrics, and delivery deadlines are consistently met. Enforce rigorous quality control standards across all stages of corrugated carton production. Monitor raw material consumption, minimize scrap/waste, and optimize machine uptime. Ensure full adherence to occupational health, safety, and housekeeping standards on the factory floor. Requirements & Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant environment. Past experience in the corrugated carton industry will be an added advantage. Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of quality management systems and industrial safety protocols.
