MUNDUBILE’S FEW MINUTE PRESIDENTIAL SELF-DECLARATION EXPOSED MANY – LISWANISO

UPND National Youth Chairman Gilbert Liswaniso says the few minutes which Tonse Alliance President Brian Mundubile declared himself winner of the just ended general election caused panic and excitement among some trusted individuals within the UPND.

Mr. Liswaniso said that declaration minutes, exposed those who were not loyal to the party.

“Those 15 minutes or 40 minutes when Mundubile declared himself as a winner, some of our trusted UPND members were already celebrating and thinking of changing camp. They thought UPND had lost,” Mr. Liswaniso said.

He said some of the people who were celebrating Mundubile’s self-declared victory are the same people who have been implementing policies and are in influential positions within the party.

“These are the same people implementing the policies of President Hakainde Hichilema. That is why we still have challenges” he said.

Mr. Liswaniso further alleged that he knows the businessmen who were funding Mundubile and his team, and that these are people who claimed to be UPND members and businessmen close to government.

The National Youth Chairman said this during the Spotlight program on Crown TV hosted by Seid Nkhonjera and Alfred Chimba.
