Available Locations (Nationwide): Opportunities are open in the following towns across Zambia: Kitwe, Ndola, Chingola, Lusaka, Livingstone, Kabwe, Choma, Mazabuka, Solwezi, Mansa, Kasama, Mpika, and Chipata. Key Responsibilities: Build, grow, and proactively manage a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients seeking tailored financial and investment solutions. Offer expert, tailored financial advice on life insurance policies, savings plans, pensions, education plans, and wealth creation products. Generate new business opportunities through professional networking, referrals, direct prospecting, and financial wellness presentations. Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven client service and maintain long-lasting client partnerships. Minimum Requirements: Diploma or higher qualification from a recognized institution (a Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage). Prior sales, marketing, or business development experience in the financial services, insurance, or banking industry is a plus. Ambitious, confident, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal, persuasive, negotiation, and communication skills. High standards of personal integrity, ethics, and professionalism. Willingness to learn continuously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-achievement commercial environment.
