CrunchyKing Fried Chicken Limited is expanding and hiring energetic, customer-focused Crew Members for its brand-new store at Kagoma Mall, Off Shantumbu Road, Chalala, Lusaka.

Requirements:

High school graduate (Full Grade 12 Certificate).
1 to 2 years' Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food kitchen/counter experience.
Able to work flexible shift rotas, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Hospitality or business-related certificate/qualification is an added advantage.
Preference given to applicants living near Chalala / Kagoma Mall / Shantumbu Road.
Positive customer service attitude, high energy, and teamwork skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome customers, take orders accurately, and operate point-of-sale cash registers.
Prepare and serve hot, fresh fried chicken and food menu items according to brand quality and hygiene recipes.
Ensure dining areas, kitchen stations, and counters are impeccably clean, sanitized, and tidy at all times.
Maintain food safety, stock rotation, and standard operating procedures.
