WE ARE HIRING — TRUCK DRIVERS Company: Apex Packaging Zambia Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates Application Deadline: 31st October 2026 A reputable manufacturing company based in Lusaka, Zambia, is seeking professional, defensive, and experienced Truck Drivers to deliver finished corrugated packaging products to clients safely and on time. Key Responsibilities: Drive heavy commercial trucks to transport finished corrugated cartons and raw materials safely to and from client facilities. Conduct daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections (tyres, brakes, engine oil, coolant, lights) and report defects promptly. Supervise secure loading, offloading, and cargo strapping to prevent goods from getting damaged during transit. Ensure delivery notes, logbooks, and trip manifests are accurately signed and returned to logistics management. Observe all road traffic regulations and maintain a spotless defensive driving record. Requirements & Qualifications: Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. Valid Heavy Commercial Driver’s Licence (PSV / Class CE or equivalent). Minimum of four (4) years of proven heavy truck driving experience with traceable references. Past experience in the corrugated carton or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. Clean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations. High level of sobriety, responsibility, punctuality, and physical fitness.
