G.GREENS LODGE PUB N’ GRILL — WE’RE HIRING! 🏨👥 Position: Supervisors (Lodge / Pub & Grill) | Location: Solwezi, North-Western Province G.Greens Lodge Pub n’ Grill in Solwezi is seeking dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Supervisors to oversee daily floor operations across our lodge, pub, and grill facilities. Company: G.Greens Lodge Pub n’ Grill Location: Solwezi, North-Western Province, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations across the lodge, dining area, pub, and grill, ensuring high service quality. Lead, coordinate, and motivate front-of-house staff (waitrons, barmen, cashiers) and liaise effectively with the kitchen team. Ensure prompt, courteous guest service and address any customer feedback or complaints professionally. Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash float management, bill settlement, and shift handover reports. Monitor inventory, bar stock levels, supply requisitions, and hygiene compliance across all operational areas. Enforce company policies, employee punctuality, staff discipline, and safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of proven supervisory experience in a reputable lodge, pub & grill, hotel, or restaurant. Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution capabilities. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Must have traceable references.
