STATION MANAGER JOIN OUR TEAM LOCATIONS: Mazabuka Kafue Senga Hill Chembe KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver excellent customer service and promote customer loyalty. Supervise, train, motivate, and manage staff performance, schedules, and development. Oversee daily station operations, ensuring efficient service, adequate stock, equipment functionality, cleanliness, and safety. Drive fuel and LPG sales while managing cash flow, transactions, costs, losses, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards, particularly in fuel and LPG handling and storage. Manage inventory through regular stock checks, reconciliations, and loss-prevention controls. Maintain accurate operational, sales, inventory, payment, and financial records, and report discrepancies or irregularities. QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary Certificate in Business Management, Marketing or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, or operations in the oil and gas industry or FMCG sector.
