Are you passionate about sales, leadership, and achieving targets? WOWTIGER is looking for a motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business growth plans.
Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious company sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed sales reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and key client accounts.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client prospects.
Train, mentor, and support sales representatives.


Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record and experience in sales or sales management.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
Excellent customer service and persuasive commercial negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
