National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is looking for a dynamic Sales Lead – Pasta to drive the growth of our pasta business across Zambia. Position: Sales Lead – Pasta Location: Lilayi Head Office, Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Leading pasta sales growth and distribution nationwide across retail and wholesale channels. Building and managing strong distributor and key account relationships. Driving listings, merchandising promotions, and in-store execution. Managing pricing, demand forecasting, and geographic market expansion. Providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and commercial insights to drive brand share. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ FMCG sales experience. Strong proven experience in modern trade and distributor management. Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and analytical skills. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel countrywide.
