Mapepe Dairy Cooperative Society Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Sales Clerk (1 Position) at our sales outlet in Chilanga.

Position: Sales Clerk (1 Position)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Handling direct retail and wholesale sales of milk, dairy products, and cooperative merchandise to customers.
Providing friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service at the sales counter.
Accurately recording sales transactions, issuing receipts, and reconciling daily cash and mobile money collections.
Managing shop inventory, tracking stock movements, monitoring expiry dates, and conducting regular stock counts.
Maintaining high hygiene, cleanliness, and neat presentation of the sales shop and product display refrigerators.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries and reports for management.

Requirements:

Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of sales or retail experience (experience in FMCG or dairy retail is an added advantage).
Good knowledge of stock management, customer care, and record keeping.
Good communication skills, numerical ability, honesty, and reliability.
