Position: Restaurant Supervisors Company: CrunchyKing Fried Chicken Limited Location: New Chalala Store, Kagoma Mall, Off Shantumbu Road, Lusaka Employment Type: Full-Time Remuneration: Competitive salary + benefits | Performance-based incentives Requirements: Full Grade 12 Certificate with good grades. 1 to 2 years’ supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food dining environment. Hospitality or Business management certificate/diploma is an added advantage. Demonstrated leadership, stock control, and shift scheduling abilities. Able to work flexible shift rotas, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Preference given to applicants living near Chalala / Kagoma Mall / Shantumbu Road. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store shift operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, service speed, and customer satisfaction. Supervise, train, and motivate crew members on kitchen and counter procedures. Manage inventory, stock levels, cash reconciliations, and daily shift sales reports. Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across the store.
