Right to Care Zambia is recruiting People & Culture Administrators for Luapula and Muchinga provinces.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or a related field.
- At least three years of human-resource administration experience.
- Paid-up membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
Added Advantages
- A relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with HR information systems and payroll administration.
- Experience in an NGO or donor-funded environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Prepare payroll inputs and provide employee support.
- Support performance management, leave administration and HR reporting.
