National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is looking for a Packaging Supervisor to lead and coordinate stock feed packaging activities, ensuring high quality, maximum efficiency, and smooth dispatch operations. Position: Packaging Supervisor Location: Feed Mill Plant – Malambo Branch, Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating daily stock feed packaging operations at the feed mill plant. Ensuring packaging machinery and lines operate smoothly, efficiently, and at required output standards. Monitoring packaging quality, weight accuracy, sealing integrity, and correct batch labelling. Coordinating with production, warehousing, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Enforcing workplace occupational health, safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Managing, training, and guiding the packaging team, tracking attendance, and evaluating performance. Requirements: Full Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma in Production Management, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within packaging or manufacturing. Strong supervisory, organisational, and leadership skills. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
