MAGAYA MINING (PVT) LTD — WE ARE HIRING! ⛏️ Transforming Artisanal Mining in Zimbabwe Position: Operations Manager Location: Zimbabwe Employment Type: Full-Time Application Deadline: 29th September 2026 / Open Role Overview: The Operations Manager provides strategic oversight of site-wide mining operations, ensuring efficient performance, strict cost control, high throughput, and total regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Direct and optimize daily mining extraction, mineral processing, processing plant operations, and material handling. Drive operational efficiency, meeting production targets while upholding stringent safety, health, and environmental standards. Oversee supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and asset utilization across all site activities. Formulate operational budgets, manage operating costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities, local communities, and key stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field. 10+ years of mining or industrial operational experience, including 5+ years in senior management. Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and people management skills. Strong knowledge of mineral processing, asset management, supply chain logistics, project execution, and mining safety standards.
