St. Mawaggali Trades Training Institute in Choma is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the vacant position of Mechanical Fitting Lecturer.

Position: Mechanical Fitting Lecturer (1 Position)
Reporting To: Head of Section – Engineering
Location: Choma, Southern Province, Zambia

Job Purpose:
To undertake the preparation and implementation of training in order to impart knowledge, attitudes, and skills in students.

Job Responsibilities:

Teaching students
Maintaining a teaching file
Administer assignments, tests, and examinations to students
Maintain student performance records
Maintaining order and discipline among students
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications & Requirements:

Full Grade 12 certificate with at least 5 O-levels including Mathematics and English
Diploma or its equivalence in Mechanical Fitting
Diploma or certificate in teaching methodology
Must be a TEVETA accredited trainer
Must be computer literate
Can work under minimum supervision
A minimum of 2 years work experience
Past experience with a Trades Training Institution will be an added advantage
