We are currently recruiting ambitious and dedicated individuals to fill the position of Incubation (Process) Operator in Lusaka.

Position: Incubation (Process) Operator
Company: Varun Beverages Zambia Limited

Experience Level: Fresh Graduate

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Operations Management / Food Science & Technology – Fresh Graduate
Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor product incubation chambers and hold rooms for dairy/juice/beverage lines.
Track incubation times, temperature cycles, and pH progression during product processing.
Coordinate with the microbiology and quality laboratory for release of incubated product batches.
Maintain detailed process logs and ensure cold chain / thermal controls are strictly enforced.
