BEILO — WE’RE HIRING! Beilo is looking for an organized, reliable, and professional Human Resources Officer to join our operations team in Lusaka. Position: Human Resources Officer Company: Beilo Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Duties: Recruitment and selection of staff across various departments. Employee onboarding, orientation, and integration. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files. Handling staff welfare, wellness, and general employee support. Performance management and periodic staff evaluations. Assisting with employee training and development initiatives. Ensuring compliance with company HR policies and Zambian labour laws. Supporting and nurturing a positive, productive organizational culture. Must Have / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR (experience in a retail or corporate setting preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills. Organized, dependable, proactive, and professional demeanor. Sound knowledge of Zambian labour laws and regulations (an added advantage).
