National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is looking for hardworking, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as General Workers at our various operating branches and depots.

Position: General Worker
Locations Available:

Lilayi Branch Office (Lusaka)
Malambo Branch Office (Lusaka)
Garden House Depot (Lusaka)
Kapiri Mposhi Depot (Central Province)

Employment Type: Full-Time



Role Overview & Duties:

Performing a variety of manual handling tasks, stacking, and storage of stock and products.
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of warehouses, plant areas, and work stations.
Supporting team members in loading, offloading, and dispatching operations.
Assisting with general site upkeep, safety standards, and operational tasks as assigned.




Requirements:

Full Grade 9 Certificate.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar manual or general worker role.
Physically fit, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
