Minimum Qualifications: Full Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering). Diploma in Teaching Methodology. Valid TEVETA accreditation. ZAQA verification results certificate. Experience & Competencies: At least 3 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in electrical technology or engineering. Ability to prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, lab guides, and assessment instruments. Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to work with minimum supervision and contribute effectively to technical teaching and workshop learning. Key Responsibilities: Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in Electrical Technology and Engineering subjects. Manage and supervise workshop and laboratory practical sessions, ensuring strict safety compliance. Set, moderate, and mark practical tests, assignments, continuous assessments, and examinations. Supervise student technical projects and vocational attachments. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adequate practical training supplies.
