First Capital Bank Zambia is looking for energetic, target-driven, and ambitious individuals to join its retail sales team as Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) across multiple provinces.
Position: Direct Sales Agents (DSAs)

Locations: Lusaka, Kabwe, Livingstone, Copperbelt, Chipata, Mongu, and Kasama
Employment Type: Full-Time / Commission-based
Remuneration: Commission-based
Role Overview:
Promote and sell First Capital Bank retail products and banking services.
Identify potential clients and actively market accounts, loans, and other banking solutions.
Meet and exceed agreed personal sales and acquisition targets.
Provide professional, friendly, and reliable customer service to all prospective bank clients.
Ensure compliance with bank KYC, regulatory standards, and code of conduct.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Full Grade 12 GCE Certificate.
At least one (1) year of proven sales or marketing experience (preferably in retail sales, financial services, or customer service).
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident with strong persuasive skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
