Position: Blending Room Operator

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Operations Management / Food Science & Technology – Fresh Graduate
Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
Willingness to work in shifts within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor beverage blending systems, tanks, and automated ingredient dosing units.
Accurately calculate, measure, and blend raw materials (sugar, concentrates, flavours) according to standard recipe formulations.
Ensure batch parameters such as Brix, acidity, and carbonation meet strict brand standards.
Maintain batch production records and ensure total compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
