To all our District Chairpersons on the Copperblet.
I trust you have received the communication from your respective Mother Bodies regarding the resolution reached between the Mother Bodies and Government concerning the National Days of Prayer.
The resolution is that, beginning this year, the two days will be merged and commemorated together on 29th December as the National Day of Prayer.
However, since 18th October falls on a Sunday, churches are encouraged to use their regular Sunday services to pray for the Nation, using the officially shared prayer points.
Therefore, there will still be an opportunity for us to stand together in prayer on 18th October, even as we prepare for the official combined National Day of Prayer on 29th December.
Let us continue to wait for further guidance from the national leadership and ensure that we remain united and aligned with the official direction.
Thank you, and God bless you all. Let us continue to pray for the peace, unity, healing and prosperity of our beloved nation, Zambia.
Apostle Moses Simbaya
Copperblet NDOP Chairperson.
