We are a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group (CNBM) and a sister engineering company of Lusaka Sinoma Cement Plant (Mpande Limestone Ltd). Our operations in Zambia have expanded to include logistics and transportation, bonded warehouse management, commercial concrete mixing plant operations, and other related businesses. As our projects continue to expand and our day-to-day operational workload increases, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Workshop Technicians (3 – 4 Positions). Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for hands-on maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repairs on: Engines (heavy duty, diesel, and industrial machinery engines). Chassis systems (steering, suspension, brakes, and mechanical structures). Electrical systems (automotive and equipment wiring, starters, alternators, sensors). Terms of Employment: Number of Openings: 3 – 4 Technicians Location: 416A, Bwanamkubwa Area, Ndola, Copperbelt Probation Period: 3 months Probationary Pay: ZMW 100 per day Lunch & Transport Allowance: Not provided during probation Candidate Profile: Relevant Craft Certificate, Technician Certificate, or Diploma in Heavy Equipment Repair (HER), Automotive Mechanics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven practical experience in workshop mechanical and electrical repairs. Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and disciplined work ethic.
