Nawab’s Kitchen is looking for friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused Waiters & Waitresses to join our team in Ndola.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Well-presented and professional demeanor.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must be responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome, greet, and seat dining guests.
Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly to guests ensuring excellent dining experience.
Ensure dining area, service stations, and tables are clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
Handle bill presentation and payment transactions accurately.
