Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coordinate floor staff, bar team, and runners during shift operations. Ensure the restaurant maintains first-class customer service standards, speed of delivery, and food presentation. Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and resolve operational challenges with tact and professionalism. Conduct pre-shift briefings, staff check-ins, and oversee opening/closing checklists. Manage cash reconciliations, POS auditing, and operational compliance. Candidate Profile: Demonstrated leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel hospitality setting. Charismatic, highly organized, energetic, and passionate about food and beverage excellence. Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
