Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily butchery operations, sales performance, and customer service in Western Province.
Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet staff including cashiers, blockmen, and store assistants.
Manage meat inventory, daily ordering, waste reduction, cold chain integrity, and stock levels.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, meat hygiene regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
Track revenue, conduct daily reconciliations, manage banking, and resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
Proven management or supervisory experience in retail, butchery, or FMCG supermarket environments.
Strong leadership, organizational, and stock management capabilities.
High integrity, excellent communication skills, and customer service dedication.
