Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the Mufumbwe butchery outlet, including staff supervision, sales, and customer relations.
Direct and support cashiers, blockmen, and hygiene staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee stock levels, meat orders, cold chain integrity, shrinkage reduction, and inventory audits.
Enforce strict food hygiene, sanitation, and meat safety standards across the outlet.
Manage cash flow, daily sales reports, and local banking reconciliations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
Proven management or supervisory experience in retail butchery or FMCG supermarkets.
Strong leadership, organizational, and inventory control capabilities.
High integrity, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
