SPECTRUM CREDIT LTD — WE ARE HIRING! 📢💼 Position: Relationship Officer (Asset Secured – Lusaka) | Spectrum Credit Ltd – There When You Need Us Spectrum Credit Ltd is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Relationship Officer (Asset Secured) to join our dynamic team in Lusaka. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Actively manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high engagement and loyalty. Customer Complaints & Resolution: Promptly address, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous, professional manner. Customer Education on Products: Educate clients on asset-secured credit products, terms, loan features, and financial options available. Portfolio Performance Monitoring: Closely track and monitor individual portfolio performance to maintain healthy repayment rates and low delinquency. 85% Customer Retention Target: Achieve and maintain a minimum customer retention rate of 85% through exceptional client service and follow-ups. Qualifications & Competencies: Diploma in a Business-Related Field (Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related). Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience (experience in a microfinance or financial institution is advantageous). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & CRM platforms. Knowledge of company credit products, lending guidelines, and operational policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
