MOIC – LN CONSORTIUM LIMITED & TURBO – KACHIN CONSORTIUM LIMITED JOIN OUR TEAM — OPEN VACANCIES Company: MOIC – LN Consortium Limited & Turbo – Kachin Consortium Limited Location: Toll Plaza and Lusaka HQ, Zambia Position: Professional Graphic / Advertising Designer Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview: The Professional Graphic / Advertising Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets, public awareness campaigns, signage, and marketing collateral for the consortium across digital and print media channels. Key Responsibilities: Create visually captivating designs, promotional graphics, posters, banners, and brochures for consortium projects and toll operations. Design clear, compliant public signage, instructional guides, tariffs, and announcements for toll plaza motorists. Develop creative digital content and multimedia assets for social media platforms, company website, and corporate presentations. Ensure consistent brand identity and visual guidelines across all marketing, advertising, and internal collateral. Collaborate closely with management and corporate communications to translate strategic messages into compelling visuals. Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printing vendors to ensure superior production quality. Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or related field. Demonstrated portfolio of professional graphic design, advertising, and branding work. Advanced expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related software. Strong creative thinking, typography, layout, and visual storytelling capabilities. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
