Barloworld Equipment Zambia Limited is looking for suitably qualified individuals based on the requirements stated below to apply for the position of Parts Warehouse Assistant.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose:
To receive, bin, pick, dispatch, and deliver on all customer needs and expectations efficiently and safely.

Key Outputs (Include but are not limited to):

Ensure relevant daily Warehouse KPIs are exceeded safely.
Ensure all performance reports are clean.
Comply with specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards.
Ensure Warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure achievement of Warehouse performance standards while maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times.
Effective self-management and performance ownership.
Safe use of Heavy lifting equipment / Forklifts (a MUST).


Minimum Required Qualifications & Experience:

Full Grade 12 School Certificate with good grades.
Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain Management.
Paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS).
Technical qualifications would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems/packages.
Demonstrated experience in a Parts Warehouse.
Ability to handle heavy loads and operate lifting equipment (Forklifts).
Process compliance oriented.
A clean Driver’s License.
Able to work independently.
Certificates, degrees, and/or diplomas must be ZAQA verified.


Proven Competencies:

Organizing ability and attention to detail.
Customer service orientation and attentiveness.
Good written and verbal communication.
