Sali International Women's Hospital (Lusaka IVF & Fertility Hospital) is seeking a qualified, caring, and dedicated Paediatric Doctor to join our clinical team in Lusaka.

Position: Paediatric Doctor
Hospital: Sali International Women's Hospital (Lusaka IVF & Fertility Hospital)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Minimum Requirements:

Medical degree (MBChB, MBBS, or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
Postgraduate qualification (MMed, Diploma, or Fellowship) in Paediatrics / Child Health.
Valid professional registration and practicing licence with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ).
Proven clinical experience in child, infant, and newborn care (neonatology).
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
Passion for paediatric healthcare and family-centred care.


Key Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, and treat illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries in infants, children, and adolescents.
Provide expert newborn and neonatal care in the maternity and postnatal units.
Monitor children's physical, mental, and behavioural growth and development.
Counsel parents and guardians on diet, hygiene, immunization, and disease prevention.
Collaborate closely with obstetricians, nurses, and the hospital healthcare team.
