Key Responsibilities: Assist operations managers in scheduling truck dispatches, cargo tracking, and route monitoring. Liaise with drivers, loading yards, weighbridges, and client receiving points. Verify delivery notes, weighbridge tickets, and manifest documentation. Compile daily operational reports on fleet turnaround times and turnaround metrics. Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma or Certificate in Logistics and Transport, Supply Chain, or related field. Relevant operational experience in logistics, transport, or mining freight is an added advantage. Good computer skills, especially Excel, and strong communication abilities. Reliable, disciplined, and willing to work in Kitwe.
