All submissions should be made via the Authority’s eRecruitment portal using the link below: Apply here: https://careers.napsa.co.zm/ NOTICE: ADDITIONAL SECURITY – MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA) For enhanced account security, the Authority’s eRecruitment portal now uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Applicants will therefore need to set up an authenticator application when accessing the portal. To complete the setup: Install Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your mobile device. Log in to the careers portal and follow the on-screen instructions to set up MFA. Scan the QR code displayed on the portal using the authenticator app. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by the app to complete the setup. For subsequent logins, applicants will enter their password first, followed by the current 6-digit verification code generated by the authenticator app. IMPORTANT: Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
