Key Responsibilities: Safely operate front-end loaders to load bulk commodities, coal, minerals, and aggregates onto trucks and stockpiles. Carry out daily equipment inspections (hydraulics, oils, tyres, buckets, controls) and report maintenance needs promptly. Work in close coordination with ground crews, weighbridge operators, and truck drivers following site safety plans. Ensure maximum operational safety and adhere to zero-harm protocols. Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 Certificate. Valid certified Front-End Loader Operator Certificate / Permit. Proven heavy equipment operating experience. Reliable, disciplined, and willing to work in Kitwe.
