LEXHOME — JOB OPPORTUNITY: KITCHEN CABINET SALES CONSULTANT 🏠✨ Company: LEXHOME (Lex Interior) Location: Chalala, Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Remuneration: Attractive Salary + Commission LEXHOME is looking for a confident, stylish, and driven Sales Consultant to sell our custom kitchens, wardrobes, and luxury cabinetry to high-end residential and commercial clients. Your Role: Meet prospective clients, understand their spatial layout, functional requirements, and personal interior design style. Present bespoke cabinet designs, premium finishes, architectural materials, and tailored commercial quotations. Proactively close sales and follow up diligently on incoming leads across WhatsApp, social media (Facebook/Instagram), and our showroom. Collaborate closely with internal interior designers and site installers to ensure seamless project delivery and total client satisfaction. We Need: Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Genuine passion for modern interior design, home styling, and luxury finishes. Social media savvy (an added bonus). Prior sales experience in fitted kitchens, luxury furniture, interior cabinetry, or high-end real estate is a plus, but not required. Outgoing, confident, polished, and presentable demeanor.
