Key Responsibilities: Assist in employee record management, personnel files, contract updates, and leave administration. Track driver and operator attendance, shift logs, and assist with monthly payroll preparation. Facilitate onboarding of new workers, medical checkups, and safety inductions. Handle staff inquiries politely and support the HR department with compliance and documentation. Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related discipline. Relevant HR administration experience is an added advantage. Member of ZIHRM is an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with strong organizational skills. Reliable, disciplined, and willing to work in Kitwe.
