Key Responsibilities: Greet guests at the door with a warm, genuine smile and introduce them to the Taco Factory experience. Manage table seating plans, reservation books, and waitlists during peak dining periods. Escort guests to their designated tables and ensure they are comfortable. Coordinate smoothly with floor supervisors, waitstaff, and management. Thank departing guests warmly and solicit feedback on their dining experience. Candidate Profile: Highly presentable, professional, well-groomed, and outgoing personality. Passion for customer service and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
