About the Opportunity Are you a young, ambitious graduate ready to launch your career in Commercial / Sales? inq. Digital Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified and motivated graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Programme within the Commercial / Sales Department. This opportunity is designed for young graduates seeking practical industry experience, professional development, and exposure to commercial operations in a dynamic digital technology environment. Minimum Eligibility Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria: Be a recent graduate who completed their qualification between 2024 and 2026. Be below 25 years of age at the time of application. Not be currently employed in a full-time position. Hold a degree or relevant qualification in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or any related field. Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills. Have a keen interest in sales, customer relationship management, business development, and digital technology. Be proactive, results-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work effectively within a team. Key Learning Areas Successful candidates will gain practical exposure to: Sales and business development activities. Customer engagement and relationship management. Market research, lead generation, and prospecting. Preparation of sales reports and commercial proposals. Product knowledge and promotion of digital solutions.
