THE QUORUM — VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Zambia’s Premier Private Members Club & Executive Business Hub Position: First Impressions Officer Company: The Quorum Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Contract Salary: ZMW K10,000 – ZMW K14,000 / month Closing Date: 4th November 2026 Role Overview: The Quorum is Zambia’s leading private business and lifestyle club, offering an exclusive environment for networking, business services, dining, and premium events. We are seeking a sophisticated, dynamic, and high-performing First Impressions Officer to represent the brand, deliver exemplary member service, and actively drive membership growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Welcome & Experience Delivery: Welcome and provide a premium, personalised experience to members, prospective members, corporate clients, and guests upon arrival. Membership Sales: Drive membership sales by identifying high-value prospects, recommending suitable membership categories, following up leads, and converting enquiries into active memberships. Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate new member onboarding, including orientation tours, profile setup, business profiling, and 30/60/90-day engagement check-ins. Retention & Upgrades: Manage member relationships, renewals, and retention while proactively identifying opportunities for category upgrades and value-add services. Business Services & Networking: Deliver Business Services and Member Network activities, including coordinating member requests, networking events, and facilitating relevant member-to-member introductions. Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, leads, interactions, and referrals; prepare regular activity and performance reports for executive management. Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O Levels. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Hospitality, or a related field. At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a client-facing role, preferably in banking, insurance, financial services, investment brokerage, luxury hospitality, or wealth management. Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, sales, marketing, cross-selling, or achieving sales targets. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office, and modern digital communication tools. Excellent communication, relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills, with strong commercial awareness, organisation, and meticulous attention to detail.
