Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide a premium, personalised experience to members, prospective members, corporate clients and guests. Drive membership sales by identifying prospects, recommending suitable membership categories, following up leads and converting enquiries into memberships. Coordinate new member onboarding, including orientation, profile setup, business profiling and 30/60/90-day engagement check-ins. Manage member relationships, renewals and retention while identifying opportunities for upgrades. Deliver Business Services and Member Network activities, including coordinating member requests, networking events and relevant member-to-member introductions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, leads, interactions, referrals and prepare regular activity and performance reports. Requirements Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O Levels and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management or a related field. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a client-facing role, preferably in, banking, insurance, financial services, investment brokerage or wealth management. Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, sales, marketing, cross-selling or achieving sales targets. Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as Microsoft Office and other digital communication tools. Excellent communication, relationship management, sales and negotiation skills, with strong commercial awareness, organisation and attention to detail.
